In 1979, a dedicated group of people joined their first pastor, Rev. Bob Stillwell and began what we know today as Disciples United Methodist Church.
Located on the east side of Greenville, SC at the corner of Riley Smith Drive and Blacks Drive the church is easily accessible from Pelham or Roper Mountain Road. -
The mission of the church is to make disciples of Jesus Christ. Disciple’s vision statement is that we strive to be a growing family of faith that nurtures a climate of caring and spiritual growth within its membership, celebrates inclusiveness and racial diversity as a reality and continuing goal within its membership and witnesses for fairness, compassion, and love among all God’s people.
